Overview
Mit a seasoned artist who had been a vivid and stunning seplorer of art artist. He is remembered with protester with provocative and chaotic charater. Mit and friends are understanding towards art against the wall. Art against the wall explores at least two possible takes. The wall lies a space for the unex- plianed. It is a terrain that understanding of art will be pushed through, and break the wall. With the post-modern mentally of simultaneous deterritoritoriazation, our vision to the world is negotiated by the cooperation of adventages, appropriation of definitions (a.k.a power from discursive practices) to expose unfamilimar possibiities through aesthetic approaches infittated and forced into Land. new media art front og the upper north and EU-KA-BEAK aer among his concrete projects. The could possibly be by product of his lifestyle invigorated by having many “Mits” (Friends). Accompanies by inspiring and fostering circle, which transform and nurture his creative forces into eruption of dazzing colors of his polychrome painting that forge his interest with colors and plastic quality in paintings. At the edge of summer and the beginning rainny season (Spring 2007), Mit comes back to Gallery VER in hid first offical solo exhibition in Bangkok, entitled “ Don't be happy. 15th anniversary of wor- rying about global climate change, shiffing world views, societal callapse, the cult of bourgeois rectitude, Chaingmai Socail Installation Project and art is over” a mullilayered exhibition. A six layered painting on both sides of canvas affixed together with the artist's invented colors with one side painted with polychrome, resembling air traffic map or electronic circult chip, which the other with monochrome. Mit named them witness of his artistic labor. The secoond part composes of six cameramen, six editors and a poster with six boxes to comunicate to six groups of audiences. Coupons and admission tickets ahve two partsanf the tear-off part with be given as a movie ticket for a movie filmed on 18 February. the Film documented audiencesof different occupations gathering in Chaingmai for people in Bangkok's viewing at the Gallery. On the other hand, the film of the audiences and the exhibition in Bangkok will be filmed and sent to be undoned by an investigation of perceptions and multiple inter- pretation from six group of audiencse sharing time and space together. Emotional phenomena ignited from “initial agent” that Mit often refers to, implies collective actions od diferent people collectively bound in “art space” with diverse arrays of wills ans responses, loosely framed chaos and attemp to capture snapshots of moving and non-object as impressions of the ummaninfestable. It records the point of nowhere (now/here) in two sided paintings with polychorome sides carried tiny cells filled with different shade and tone of pigments, obcuring the monochrome sides. The paintings teased and mock dualistic thougghs in their metaphysics struggles, the bottle between the whole and flagmented compositions. Contests, dependencies and stalemates are mechanism employed to bring out salient shades out of subtle ones. Superficially the two cannot completely. Poly- facets and multiplicities do not lie in a polar as it appeared to be in monochrome, that share a space with polychrome on the different planes. It reflects emational state of people wating for the Manifesting of the Unmanifestable.
