LIFE SHOW & PROJECT 6: 6 Artists @ 6 Places in Bangkok-Chiangmai-Phuket

 

 

I used to despise life. We live in the time we are all complaining about evils, diseases, viruses, the government and etc. The world still spins, and lives go on. For me, in some aspects of this journey, (Some might say it is learning or experiencing or whatever) the obsession, sex, love and friendship are all beautiful. 52 photographs in this show were taken in the past 4-5 years, with a digital camera that can be said as cheesy and tasteless, but in the mean time, convenient, easy, and quick.  Personal issue is still an argument. Is it appropriate to make film out of this? Is it art? I have no answer for that. For me, living is art, and life is an international issue. We may have totally different lifestyles. But the difference is what makes it so interesting that nothing can steal or imitate. Memories, secrets, and feelings that I can’t speak and write into words or even describe them in a film, I have already let out and flood them on these photographs… (If you are someone who is a part of my memory, I just want to hope that you understand. Then again, I have grown out of the age with expectation of anything in this world.)
