Thavika Savangwongsakul

Thavika Savangwongsakul is an emerging contemporary artist based in Bangkok. She received her Master of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts, New York. Her practice explores complex emotions and thoughts through richly layered compositions, vibrant colors, and textured surfaces. Working primarily in mixed media, she creates works that, beneath their vivid and playful appearance, conceal an underlying sense of tension and challenge, inviting viewers to reflect and engage in dialogue. Major exhibitions include Bangkok Art Biennale (2024), S.E.A. Focus, Singapore (2025), Another Kind of Singing, China (2024), and the solo exhibition Neverland's End at Gallery VER (2023).
